I was desperately looking for a Rolex watch for my 70th birthday. I had visited several Rolex authorized dealers. After much research chatgpt told me to try Finks Jewelers. The sales professional Meenou provided excellent service. The particular timepiece I was looking for was hard to find and the typical wait time was more than 6 months. Meenou was able to find the timepiece I wanted in less than 6 weeks. Her excellent service and dedication is commendable! The entire experience was exceptional!

My Experience at Finks Jewelers was absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Mikey on a Rolex purchase. A true professional and master of his craft. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was overly personable and made this experience memorable. He gave undivided attention, answered every question and set expectations up front for this journey. Came through in a weeks time, and Delivery and follow through were absolutely exceptional. Mikey at Fink’s was awesome to work with. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Buying high-end jewelry and watches can definitely be a little intimidating, but Mikey made it comfortable and fun from start to finish. Fink's is the finest jewelry store in Nashville in my opinion. You will find pieces that no other store has - and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. Jeanette has helped me with several beautiful pieces, and most recently - a beautiful Cartier watch. When a gorgeous item that she knows is meant for me, she will text me immediately. She is always very gracious and welcoming as well as the rest of the team. Always serving champagne 🥂and chocolate ----I highly recommend!!!

The level of customer service at Fink Jewelers in Cool Springs is truly unmatched. From start to finish, my experience was the epitome of luxury and professionalism. I’ve now purchased two incredible timepieces—a Rolex and a Cartier—and both times, Elise delivered an absolutely flawless experience. Elise is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also makes every interaction feel personal, refined, and effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. It was truly a white-glove, ultra-luxurious experience from beginning to end. A huge shoutout to Brock as well—your assistance and attention to detail were phenomenal. Fink's Jewelers in Franklin, Tennessee is a fantastic jewelry store with an excellent selection and and even better staff. From the moment I first walked in and met Elisia, the experience has always been superb. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entirety of the store, and especially with watches (which first brought me in). I have had a multitude of experiences in many jewelry stores and timepiece authorized dealers both locally and across the country. I can say with certainty that Elisia has made Fink's something special and she has put Fink's in my top tier list of stores. Locally speaking, Fink's selection is quite robust and, not to beat a dead horse, but the staff exceeds all metrics of service and care, above and beyond. Elisia, from moment one, has been attentive and perceptive to stated needs and has been able to deftly address each and every request with poise and knowledge. The rest of the staff has also been excellent, and I would also state that their store manager, Jeanette is an excellent support to her staff. My interactions with other staff has been open and inviting. I would even like to call out their watchmaker, Alec, as being an excellent and wonderful asset; as well as being an excellent and personable fellow even when he isn't specifically called to be in a primary, customer facing role. I can't praise this team enough! Elisia has specifically helped me source jewelry for my wife and myself while also keeping me apprised of goings on in the watch industry. I can also say that Elisia, Elise, and Meredith provided a flawless experience in getting one of my existing watches serviced. To reiterate and summarize: my experiences here have been nothing short of exquisite!
